The fee payable for each course / programme per year is given in Admission Brochure. The fee shall be chargeable in two installments, 1st installment at the time of admission and 2nd installment on or before 20th November of the respective admission year.
The candidates shall be required to deposit 1st installment of the fee on the spot, at the time of physical counseling for admission through Demand Draft payable in favour of Manav Rachna International University drawn at a RBI approved Bank. Payment through cheque shall not be accepted. If a candidate fails to deposit 1st installment of the fee on the spot immediately after offer of a seat in particular programme / course of study, he / she will lose the opportunity and the seat shall be allotted to the next candidate in the merit list.
Fees is subsequent years shall also be payable in two installment same as in 1st year except caution money. However, 1st installment shall be payable on or before 30th April and 2nd installment shall be payable on or before 30th November of the respective calendar year. If a candidate fails to deposit fee on or before due date, a fine of Rs. 100/- shall be charged for 30 days. If a candidate fails to deposit the fee in extended period of 30 dyas with @ Rs. 100/- per day, his / her name shall be struck off from the rolls of the University. However, such candidate(s) may be re-admitted on their request with the permission of the Dean of the Faculty concerned after the candidate pays Rs. 5000/- as readmission fee.
Candidates may withdraw their admission by submitting an application in writing to the Deputy Registrar (Registration + scholarship) for which they must obtain an acknowledgement. The Procedure of withdrawal of admission is given in the admission brochure on page 47. The fee deposited by such candidates shall be refunded after deducting Rs. 1000/- provided the candidate has applied for withdrawal of admission before the start of the classes. In such cases, the refund of fee shall be made within 30 days from the final cut off date of admission through Cheque in favour of the candidate only and sent at the address for correspondence through recorded delivery.
It is made clear that no refund of fee shall be made after the commencement of classes, even if the fresh admission continues against the vacant / dropout seats. It is, further, made clear that if candidate seeks admission after the commencement of the classes and later, withdraws his / her admission, no refund of fee in such case shall be made.
A student admitted in the University shall be required to pay fee for the entire duration of the course on annual basis in two installments. If a student is detained due to whatsoever reason, he / she shall be required to pay the fees again, when he / she is readmitted. It is made clear that if a student leaves the programme / course of study in between, without completing the programme for whatsoever reasons, he / she will be liable to pay fees for the balance duration of the programme as well, as per directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Islamic Academy of Education case.
